unexpected charges

The check-in process was chaotic and frustrating. Despite our repeated requests for rooms close together and a ground floor room due to our baby, the staff seemed indifferent and didn't address our concerns satisfactorily.

The staff was very-very nice, so I would love to go back. There were a safe, TV set, and a mini fridge bar in my deluxe queen room. The setting was favourable, just off the onsite shops. Moreover, it was about 15 mins walk from Beach Albatros.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unhelpful.

location: the hotel was really close to oriental with a food court as well as food available all day. the pool was heated and i had local drinks in the outdoor bar. all the staff were wonderful and fantastic, the room was bright.
